Cleanliness : Good, Facilities : Good , Location : Excellent
Other Comments : Everything was very nice for a 3 star hotel. There is one glaring problem: the odor of sewage in the entry, elevator, and 4th floor halls. I opened the windows every day in the halls to cut down on the stench, but it came in the room one night anyway. When I mentioned it to the concierge, it was indicated that this is just the way Firenze is! Surely such a beautiful city can do better than that! Every woman I met in the entry way was holding something over her mouth and nose. The previous time I stayed in Florence we had met such an odor in a room in another hotel, but this time it was constant and pervasive. I'm wondering why no one else has mentioned this, if it is a general problem.
